General Fusion announced in January 2026 that its proposed transaction with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III implies a pro forma equity value of approximately US$1 billion, including US$107.7 million from a committed and oversubscribed PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) backed by leading institutional investors.
